Terms of Service

StockTipsArena is a stock-recommendation tracking platform operated by Indivision Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”), which runs the StockTipsArena platform, based in Bengaluru, India. You can reach us — including for any grievance, data-protection request, or content/copyright complaint — at admin@stocktipsarena.com (see our Grievance redressal section below).

We aggregate publicly published stock recommendations from SEBI-registered analysts and research houses — including written publications, broker research, advisor social posts, and business-television broadcasts — score their historical accuracy and average returns, and surface them through a tip feed, an analyst leaderboard, and (soon) email alerts.

StockTipsArena is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA). We do not give personalized recommendations, manage portfolios, or execute trades. Information shown on the platform is aggregation and analysis of third-party publications. See our SEBI Guidelines for how this fits within SEBI's regulatory framework.

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use the service.

During beta, the only data we collect from you is what you submit through our forms — email address, optional ticker symbol, optional message — plus account details and in-product activity. We do not collect payment information, KYC data, or government-issued identifiers. Server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) are retained for up to 365 days for abuse prevention, security, debugging, and traffic analysis; non-identifying aggregate summaries derived from them are kept for longer. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access and use the platform. When using StockTipsArena, you must not:

• make any commercial use of our data, metrics, scores, or feed — including reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or building another product or service on it — without our prior written permission;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-download, harvest, frame, or use automated means to extract data, or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our source code, models, or methodology;
• use our content without attribution — any permitted use must credit "StockTipsArena" with a link back to the source page;
• breach our copyright or other intellectual-property rights, or remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice;
• misrepresent our data, metrics, or any relationship with us — including implying a partnership, endorsement, or that we provide investment advice;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, "pump-and-dump" activity, insider dealing, infringing the rights of others, harassing other users or analysts, or submitting false reports;
• access the platform at volumes that degrade service for others, or attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.

Breach of this section immediately terminates your licence and may expose you to liability under applicable law.

We provide the service "as is" during public beta. Outages, bugs, missing data, or sudden feature changes are expected. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features without notice. We will give reasonable advance notice for material changes whenever we can.

Any trading or investment decision you make is your own. StockTipsArena and its operators are not liable for losses, missed gains, or any other consequence of decisions you take based on information shown on the platform. See our Risk Disclosure for the full picture.

Our rights. The StockTipsArena name, logo, and brand, our compiled database, the selection and arrangement of recommendations, our scoring, ranking, and outcome-resolution methodology, the user interface, and the software are owned by us and protected by copyright, database rights, and trademark law. Except for the limited personal, non-commercial licence to view the platform, no rights are granted to you. Our Copyright & IP Policy sets out the conditions for using our data and how to report infringement.

Third-party rights. Aggregated content (article excerpts, recommendations, broadcast stills, and source URLs) remains the property of the original publishers; we display limited excerpts with attribution and link-back to report on and verify publicly published recommendations. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively for attribution only — no partnership or endorsement is implied. Rights-holders can request removal via our Copyright & IP Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time. If you'd like your email or other submitted data deleted, write to admin@stocktipsarena.com and we will action the request within seven working days.

In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and applicable consumer-protection law, we maintain a grievance mechanism. Our Grievance Officer, Gaurav Ganeriwal, can be reached at admin@stocktipsarena.com. We acknowledge complaints (including content takedown and data-protection requests) within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within the timelines required by applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.

We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when terms change. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

StockTipsArena is currently free during public beta and does not collect payment information. When paid plans (Pro) launch: prices and billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes such as GST; payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor, named at checkout; any early-bird or promotional discount we advertise to waitlist members will be honoured on the terms stated at sign-up; subscription, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before you pay; and fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We will update these Terms with the full subscription terms before charging any user.
