StockTipsArena is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA). We do not issue our own buy, sell, or hold calls. We do not manage money, and we do not solicit clients for portfolio management or distribution.

We collect publicly available recommendations from analysts and research houses that are themselves SEBI-registered (where applicable) — including written publications and business-television broadcasts — display those recommendations with attribution to the source, and compute aggregate accuracy and return metrics. On our public surfaces we deliberately show only advisors whose SEBI registration we have verified. This is reporting and analysis of public information — comparable to financial media.

SEBI's Research Analysts Regulations, 2014 and Investment Advisers Regulations, 2013 govern who may give investment advice in India and how. By aggregating publicly published output rather than producing original recommendations, the platform operates as an information service. We work to keep that distinction clear in our product, our marketing, and our terms.

SEBI has tightened its stance on unregistered "finfluencers": its 2024 measures restrict SEBI-regulated entities from associating with unregistered persons who give investment advice or make performance claims, and require that any performance or return claims be verifiable. We address this directly: on every public surface — the tip feed, analyst leaderboard, advisor profiles, and screeners — we show only advisors whose SEBI registration (RA or IA) we have verified, and we publish no buy/sell/hold calls of our own. Recommendations sourced from unregistered persons are not surfaced to users, and we make no guaranteed-return or assured-profit claims.

The accuracy, win-rate, and return figures we show are computed by automated systems from publicly reported tips, evaluated against historical market prices. Each metric is shown with its sample size and time period, and the same caveats apply to the leaderboard rankings and to the indicative "basket" returns shown in screeners. These figures are our own computations — they are not verified by SEBI and are not validated by a SEBI Past Risk and Return Verification Agency (PaRRVA). Every tip on the platform links back to its original publication wherever a public URL is available. If you are an analyst or research house and would like a recommendation removed or corrected, email admin@stocktipsarena.com with the link or tip ID, or see our Copyright & IP Policy. We action takedown and correction requests promptly.

We do not solicit funds, manage portfolios, or refer users to specific brokers or advisers in exchange for compensation. If we add affiliate or referral links in the future, they will be clearly disclosed at the point of presentation.

We try to follow the spirit of SEBI's investor protection guidance: clear disclosures, easy access to source material, no exaggerated return claims. Historical accuracy scores are presented alongside sample size and time period so you can judge their robustness.

Suspected misuse of the platform, false or manipulated claims by an aggregated analyst, or pump-and-dump activity should be reported to admin@stocktipsarena.com. We will investigate promptly and remove content if warranted. Where appropriate, we encourage you to also file a complaint via SEBI's SCORES portal.
