Copyright & IP Policy

StockTipsArena aggregates and excerpts publicly published material — business-television broadcasts, online articles, broker research, and creators' public posts and videos — to report on and verify the stock recommendations of SEBI-registered analysts and to track their outcomes transparently. We rely on the fair-dealing provisions of the Copyright Act, 1957 (including s.52, for the purpose of reporting current events and for criticism or review). We store the minimum evidence needed to substantiate that a public call was made — for example a single banner frame, a short excerpt, or a link — and limit access to that stored evidence. Copyright in the underlying works remains with their original owners.

To the extent we host or display third-party content, we act as an intermediary under section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Responsibility for third-party content rests with its original publisher. We respond to valid complaints as set out below.

If you are a rights-holder (or their authorised agent) and believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or other rights, email our Grievance Officer, Gaurav Ganeriwal, at admin@stocktipsarena.com with: (1) identification of the work and the specific URL or tip ID; (2) proof of your ownership or authority; (3) your contact details; and (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and, where a complaint is valid, disable or remove the content within the timelines required by the Copyright Rules, 2013 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. The affected party may submit a counter-notice. We also disable accounts or sources that are the subject of repeated, valid infringement complaints.

Third-party names, channel names, and logos (for example business-TV channels and publishers) are the property of their respective owners and are used on the platform nominatively — to identify the source of an aggregated recommendation. Their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement, and these brands are not our partners.

The StockTipsArena name, logo, and brand, our compiled database and the selection and arrangement of recommendations, our scoring, ranking, and outcome-resolution methodology, the user interface and design, and the underlying software are our intellectual property, protected by copyright, database rights, and trademark law. We grant you only a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view the platform. All other rights are reserved.

Any use of our data, metrics, or content is permitted only on these conditions: (a) no commercial use, resale, redistribution, or sub-licensing; (b) attribution to "StockTipsArena" with a link back to the relevant page; (c) no scraping, bulk extraction, automated harvesting, or framing; (d) no misrepresentation of our data or of any relationship with us; and (e) no unlawful use. Any use outside these conditions is a breach of these terms and of our intellectual-property rights and may result in suspension and legal action.
